Board Secretary / Executive Assistant (Capital Operations Track)
Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing overseas listing plans and follow up on execution.
2. Research regulations and market rules related to overseas listings.
3. Coordinate cross-time-zone communications and meetings.
4. Participate in corporate strategic planning and provide capital operations support.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2. Fluent spoken English with the ability to use it as a working language.
3. Experience with overseas listings; familiar with U.S. and Hong Kong market rules.
4. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team spirit.
5. Able to adapt to high-intensity work and cross-time-zone schedules.
